Bracken's BIG 18 on the 18th of April no less, DEFINITELY did not go without celebrations. Celebrations at home, school, a special family dinner in Shanghai, and an exciting SURPRISE party by his friends. Bracken is one loved 18 year old!

Wow! 18 years ago when I saw that little baby in Provo with a head of hair that I thought for sure was a little wig! Now, he is all grown up and ready to go off to college. He has done so well at whatever he has done--everywhere he goes, he is respected and loved. The people at the District still ask about him. They loved working with him! Anyway, looks like he had such a fun birthday with so many friends and his family, of course. Happy Birthday, Bracken! We surely love you and are so proud of you!
Happy Birthday, Bracken! My first memory of Bracken is when Doug and I stayed with you in Orlando. He must have been about two years old. Doug was out in the garage taking apart an antique that he had purchased and boxing it up so that we could bring it with us on the airplane. Bracken was so interested in what Doug was doing and kept going in and out of the garage asking Doug all of these questions. Anyway, I'm so glad that I have gotten to know Bracken a little bit from your blogs. He seems like such a fine young man. You have raised him well and should be so proud as parents.
P.S. His date (and girlfriend I understand) is just beautiful!!!
