Parker's eagle project was finished, the eagle board was impressed and passed him with flying colors, and finally it was the evening Parker had waited for.......the Eagle badge presentation! It was a long and bumpy journey at times getting to this point for Parker, but he endured (and so did his mother!) Parker joins a large Eagle's nest of not only his brother and dad, but many uncles and cousins as well. Way to go Parker for such a great accomplishment, following a family tradition, and for your example you are setting for not only your two younger brothers, but many other scouts as well. We Love YOU!

The highlights of the evening included a live eagle who demonstrated its awesome wing span and beauty, the mayor of Danville who presented the Eagle scouts their awards, the personal speech each Eagle candidate presented regarding their personal path towards their goal, and an amazing video highlighting each of the Eagle scouts valuable eagle projects. What a fabulous evening, and even a more fabulous accomplishment to celebrate!

Way to go, Parker!! Not only a wonderful accomplishment, but such an example to your younger brothers, cousins and on and on! Awesome that a real eagle was in attendance also.
We are so proud of you, Parker! You did such a wonderful project that benefited so many people. That is so great when you know you have accomplished such a great service for people. This was such a cool Court of Honor, too! Great example for your little brothers!
Congrats to Parker! That live Eagle is super cool...and a little scarey...it's flapping its wings right behind him! (yikes) What an incredible accomplishment, Parker. And way to go, Mom and Dad! :)
We just went to Nick Stokes Eagle Scout Court of Honor. Love seeing these boys do great things like this.
