Tyson had a great group of friends, but he will especially miss his best friend Pepo from Chile, as they both will move back to their native countries in the next few weeks.

Goodbye Elementary Days!
It's over......the elementary school days are now officially over for this newest middle school man. No more simple satisfactory or unsatisfactory grading on report cards, no more "cubbies" to store belongings in the classroom, and definitely no more recess. Today's "Moving UP" assembly acknowledged that these fifth graders were more than ready to make the move next fall to middle school, and Tyson was of no exception! In fact, Tyson eagerly awaits everything associated with middle school.....his 7 period day class schedule, owning his own locker, and especially the opportunity to achieve all "A's" on his report card. (Tyson is so optimistic about obtaining high grades next year, he has already struck up a deal with his dad for earning a little reward cash for his efforts) We continue to love Tyson's optimistic attitude, hard work, and determination, and look forward to much middle school success!!!

I love Tyson's optimism! The thing is--I don't know of too many times that he doesn't accomplish exactly what he says he's going to do! And he has so many friends because of his fun personality and absolutely never leaving anyone out! Way to go, Tyson!
Congratulations on your graduation, Tyson, and all of your hard work. I hope you enjoy your new school in the states. Michele and Jennifer's children are surely enjoying their new schools in Utah and Idaho.
